Hello - my name is Sue Townsend and I am the Group Coordinator. I have been working in childcare since 2012.

I have worked at Stepping Stones since 2012

​

My qualifications and experience are listed below:

 

  • Nursery Practitioner NVQ (Level 3)

  • Nominated Individual (Ofsted) 

  • Safeguarding Level 2

  • Paediatric First Aid Level 2

Hello - my name is Donna and I am the Deputy Group Coordinator. I have been working in childcare since 1976. I have been awarded an MBE in 2024 for services to Early Years and Speical Educational Needs.

I have worked at Stepping Stones since 1991. I am one of two Designated Safeguarding Officers. I was awarded an MBE in the 2024 New Year Honours list and was presented it by Prince William on May 8th at Windsor Castle.

​

My qualifications and experience are listed below:

  • Advanced Diploma in Childcare and Education (Level 4)

  • Safeguarding Level 3

  • Pediatric First Aid Level 2
